EWR Expo brings the people who collect, wipe, refurbish and recycle America's electronics together with the companies that supply them, in a format built for doing business.
What it is
A two-day exhibition and conference for electronics recycling, IT asset disposition, repair and reuse, and battery and critical-material recovery, open to the public and private sector alike.
Data center growth, lithium-ion batteries in everything, state producer responsibility laws and the push for domestic critical minerals are reshaping how devices are collected and processed. EWR Expo is where the people making those changes compare notes and find suppliers.

Organizer name
Running in Dallas, September 2027 and Chicago, February 2028.
Six decisions that shape the show, from the floor plan to who gets on stage.
The whole device lifecycle
Most events cover either IT asset disposition or scrap recycling. EWR Expo follows a device from collection through data destruction, reuse and processing to the refiners who buy the metals back.
Machinery running, not parked
The live demo arena lets manufacturers run shredders, granulators, degaussers and disassembly robots on real e-scrap. Buyers see throughput and purity, not a brochure.
Content from practitioners
An advisory panel of recyclers, ITAD leads, refurbishers and program managers sets the conference. Speaking slots are not sold.
Two cities, two seasons
Dallas in September for Texas and the South, Chicago in February for the Midwest and Great Lakes. Visit the one nearest you; exhibit at both.
Built around US compliance
R2v3 and e-Stewards certification, NIST 800-88 data sanitization, state electronics recycling laws and battery shipping rules shape every buying decision on the floor, and the program.
Batteries get their own zone
Lithium-ion is now the most dangerous thing in the e-waste stream and some of the most valuable. Collection, storage, recycling and refining sit together in one zone.
E-waste is rising five times faster than documented recycling. Closing the gap takes collection, data-secure reuse, processing capacity and end markets working together, and the people responsible for each rarely share a room.

Shredders, granulators, degaussers and disassembly robots demonstrated live on a published timetable. Watch three machines process the same feed back to back before you commit capital.
The whole device lifecycle on one floor
Six zones laid out in the order a device moves, from collection to recovered metals. Walk it once and meet every link.
Main stage and technology theater
A practitioner-led conference, included
Policy, ITAD, processing, batteries and materials, programmed by practitioners. Speaking slots are not sold.
Day 2, from 1:00 pm
Meetings booked before you arrive
Tell us what you are retiring, processing or sourcing and we match you with exhibitors, so your two days start with a diary, not a map.

Day before, by coach
